    摘要:

    運(yùn)用軸流泵孤立葉片設(shè)計(jì)方法,設(shè)計(jì)了基于Gottingen翼型的前置導(dǎo)流葉片,,并對(duì)離心泵預(yù)旋調(diào)節(jié)的基本規(guī)律及調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,。通過(guò)對(duì)比前置導(dǎo)葉的不同安裝方式對(duì)單吸離心泵效率,、功率的影響,,發(fā)現(xiàn)單吸離心泵采用前置導(dǎo)葉長(zhǎng)弦端靠近中心軸的安裝方式對(duì)離心泵外特性的改善效果要優(yōu)于前置導(dǎo)葉短弦端靠近中心軸的安裝方式,,而且長(zhǎng)弦端靠近中心軸安裝方式前置導(dǎo)葉能夠有效拓寬離心泵的高效運(yùn)行范圍,,改善其在非設(shè)計(jì)工況下的水力性能,,且與無(wú)前置導(dǎo)葉工況相比,,最高效率可提高2.3%,,從而達(dá)到為離心泵增效節(jié)能的目的。

    Abstract:

    The guide vanes were designed by using the axial flow pumps isolated blade design method based on Gottingen airfoil blade. The experimental studies on the basic rule and the regulatory mechanisms of prewhirl regulation for the centrifugal pump were made. Comparison experiment tests showed that the inlet guide vane installed with long-string side close to the center axis on the improvement of the external characteristics of centrifugal pump was better than the other. Also the inlet guide vane installed with long-string side close to the center axis has enlarged the high efficiency scope and improved the hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump. When compared with the performance of the centrifugal pump without inlet guide vane, the peak value of efficiency was enhanced by 2.3% after the guide vane was installed. This method improved efficiency and saved energy for the centrifugal pump.
