    摘要:

    分析了離心泵中常用湍流模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),,采用考慮旋轉(zhuǎn)和曲率影響的RNG k—ε模型和Realizable k—ε模型分別對(duì)SST k—ω湍流模型進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),,生成了兩種新的湍流模型。以開源代碼庫OpenFOAM作為平臺(tái)對(duì)改進(jìn)的湍流模型實(shí)現(xiàn)了程序化,,應(yīng)用新的湍流模型分別對(duì)一低、中,、高比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)的離心泵進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,,并將修改前后的數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果從能量性能的角度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)對(duì)比。分析結(jié)果表明,,改進(jìn)后的湍流模型能成功用于離心泵內(nèi)流計(jì)算中,,且計(jì)算精度較修改前更接近于試驗(yàn)值。

    Abstract:

    The advantages and disadvantages of several commonly turbulence model in centrifugal pump inner flow simulation were analyzed. Two new models based on SST k—ω turbulence model were improved with considering the effects of rotation and curvature. The procedures of new models were implemented on the open source code OpenFOAM. Simultaneously, the new turbulence models were adopted to simulate the inner flow in a centrifugal pump with different specific speeds under different operating points. Lastly, comparisons were made with experimental results and the numerical results from the original and modified models. The results showed that the modified models could calculate the inner flow of centrifugal pump successfully, and energy performance by new models was closer to experimental results than that of original model.
