    摘要:

    研究了高壓燃油系統(tǒng)單體泵電磁閥區(qū)域的流動(dòng)特性,。在電控單體泵泵體上設(shè)計(jì)了光學(xué)透視窗口,利用高速攝像儀器測(cè)量控制閥出口端的瞬態(tài)流動(dòng),。對(duì)拍攝的圖片進(jìn)行灰度處理,,獲得了控制閥區(qū)域隨時(shí)間變化的亮度曲線。分析試驗(yàn)結(jié)果得出:電控單體泵在控制閥區(qū)域出現(xiàn)空泡,,形成兩相流,。由于高速燃油在狹小的控制閥區(qū)域流動(dòng),以及控制閥多次碰壁,,擠壓燃油導(dǎo)致空泡的產(chǎn)生,。

    Abstract:

    The flow characteristics of solenoid valve region of electronic unit pump (EUP). EUP was rebuilt by using optical visualization observation. A diaphanous glass window was designed in the pump, and the transient flow in the solenoid valve outlet was observed by a high-speed camera. By gray processing of pictures, the brightness curve within the control valve region was acquired. Results showed that cavitation occurred in control valve of EUP and formed the two phase flow phenomenon. The formation of cavitation had two factors, one was due to flow region in control valve where high-speed fuel flow within was quiet narrow, another reason was that the control valve hit the baffle which caused vibration and impingement, hence the fuel was extruded.
