    摘要:

    針對(duì)偏心齒輪齒隙變化設(shè)計(jì)一種傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，該傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)由一個(gè)偏心齒輪和一個(gè)偏心變位齒輪組成以確保齒隙保持在普通齒輪傳動(dòng)所要求的范圍內(nèi)；敘述了偏心變位齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)原理；利用工具齒條包絡(luò)出齒輪的齒廓，獲得偏心變位齒輪的齒廓數(shù)據(jù),；采用粉末冶金的方法加工出偏心變位齒輪,，應(yīng)用于插秧機(jī)的偏心變位齒輪分插機(jī)構(gòu),，通過(guò)了田間測(cè)試,。

    Abstract:

    A transmission mechanism was proposed to solve the problem of tooth backlash change, composed by an eccentric gear and an eccentric modified gear. The design principle of the eccentric gears was described. According to the involutes tooth profile generating principle, the tooth profile data was obtained. The eccentric modified gears were manufactured through powder metallurgy and applied to the planetary transplanting mechanism. It passed the field testing.
