    摘要:

    提出了一種利用圖像處理技術(shù)快速檢測圓褐固氮菌濃度的方法。通過對圓褐固氮菌微視圖像的采集,、預(yù)處理,、分割和特征提取,運(yùn)用支持向量機(jī)(SVM)進(jìn)行識別,、分類和計(jì)數(shù),,獲取圓褐固氮菌的濃度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了圓褐固氮菌活性的快速檢測。該方法檢測精度較高,,與精確的人工計(jì)數(shù)相比,,其相對誤差小于4%,但比人工計(jì)數(shù)省時省力,;與專用檢測設(shè)備相比,,其檢測成本低。

    Abstract:

    A measuring method using image processing techniques for the rapid detection of Azotobacter chroococcum was put forward. Based on the microscopic image collection, preprocessing, segmentation and feature extraction, as well as the support vector machine (SVM) identification, classification and counting, Azotobacter chroococcum concentration density was acquired. The rapid Azotobacter chroococcum activity detection was realized. Experiments showed that detection precision of the proposed method was higher, and its relative error was less than 4% compared with precisely manual counting. Meanwhile, the detection method was more time saving. As for the other special detecting devices, the measuring detection cost was much lower.
