    摘要:

    為提高行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)水平與性能分析效率,,研究了行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析技術(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)行星傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)型式的分析,,構(gòu)建了行星排、離合器和制動(dòng)器等基本模塊,,基于模塊間的連接關(guān)系,,建立轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)矩分析的通用數(shù)學(xué)模型,,并自動(dòng)構(gòu)造出轉(zhuǎn)速,、轉(zhuǎn)矩平衡方程組。編制了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析軟件,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的快速建模,、方程組的自動(dòng)列寫(xiě)并求解以及性能分析等功能。

    Abstract:

    To improve the efficiency of the design and analysis, a computer-aided analysis technology for the planetary transmission was conducted. According to the analysis of planetary transmission and the connection of its module, the general mathematical models of the revolution and torque, which based on the model library for the planetary, clutch and brake, were constructed, and the kinetic equations of planetary transmission were automatic listed. A corresponding computer-aided analysis (CAA) software was programmed which realized the rapid modeling, automatic listing and equations solving, and performance analysis for the planetary transmission system.
