    摘要:

    提出了一種針對(duì)高粉塵強(qiáng)腐蝕環(huán)境的復(fù)合肥顆粒雙目視覺檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。首先分析檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)使用需求,提出實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)大樣本快速檢測(cè)、實(shí)時(shí)顯示結(jié)果、防腐除塵等功能的設(shè)計(jì)要求;提出3種雙目視覺檢測(cè)方案并進(jìn)行對(duì)比,確定雙目線陣CCD檢測(cè)為可行方案。接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)硬件進(jìn)行配置,并進(jìn)行防腐除塵設(shè)計(jì)。為提高檢測(cè)精度對(duì)電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)進(jìn)行自適應(yīng)伺服控制,采用雙相機(jī)并行的圖像處理程序。對(duì)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行粒度分布實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)誤差在±3%范圍內(nèi),滿足實(shí)際應(yīng)用要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the compound fertilizer particle inspection for strong corrosive and high dust environment, a kind of inspection system based on binocular vision was proposed. Firstly, using demand of the inspection system was analyzed, and the design requirements which can realize the continuous large sample testing, and result online showing and granulator closed-loop controlling were put forward. Then three binocular visual inspection plans were proposed and compared. Binocular linear CCD inspection was sure for the feasible plan. Hardware configuration, anti-corrosion and dust removal were designed. In order to improve the precision, electromagnetic vibration feeder was servo controlled, which was feedback by robot vision. Also, double cameras parallel image processing program was used. Finally, particle size distribution experiment was executed. The results show that the system error is within ±3%, facilitative for practical application.
