    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯中成本高、追溯設(shè)備便攜性差等問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了基于手機(jī)二維條碼識(shí)別的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯系統(tǒng),。闡述了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和主要功能設(shè)計(jì),,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)采用Nokia 3款手機(jī)為實(shí)驗(yàn)終端在手機(jī)攝像頭與條碼不同的距離處進(jìn)行了最佳識(shí)別距離,、識(shí)別時(shí)間,、識(shí)別率和準(zhǔn)確率的測(cè)試,,食品包裝袋和標(biāo)簽紙上條碼平均識(shí)別時(shí)間分別為7.3s和5.1s,,平均識(shí)別率分別為67.8%和75.6%,準(zhǔn)確率均可達(dá)到100%,,識(shí)別的最佳距離為10cm左右,,最短識(shí)別時(shí)間僅為6.4s和3.4s。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,,該系統(tǒng)可以方便用戶快速識(shí)別產(chǎn)品的二維條碼標(biāo)簽,為消費(fèi)者提供了一種新的追溯手段,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the poor portability of devices, high cost of the existing traceability methods for agricultural products quality and safety, an agricultural products quality and safety traceability system based on two-dimension barcode recognition of mobile phones was developed. The architecture and main function design of the system were illustrated in detail. Through the tests of the best recognition distance, recognition time, recognition rate and accuracy rate on the system using three types of mobile phones from Nokia in the case of the mobile phone cameras various distances away from the barcodes, the average identification time for barcodes of food wrappers and tagboards was 7.3s and 5.1s respectively, average recognition rate was 67.8% and 75.6% respectively,,and accuracy rate were to 100%. The best recognition distance was about 10cm,identification time for barcodes of food wrappers and tagboards was only 6.4s and 3.4s respectively. The test results show that users can recognize two-dimension barcode labels attached on products quickly and conveniently through the system, and it will provide a new traceability means.
