    摘要:

    為了研究長(zhǎng)短葉片對(duì)液力透平性能的影響,制作了液力透平樣機(jī),,搭建了開(kāi)式液力透平實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),,對(duì)有,、無(wú)長(zhǎng)短葉片的葉輪分別進(jìn)行了數(shù)值和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,。研究結(jié)果表明,,長(zhǎng)短葉片的增加可以提高液力透平的效率,,增加最高效率點(diǎn)的流量,,降低液力透平的揚(yáng)程。內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)分析表明,,長(zhǎng)短葉片的增加,,可以改善葉輪內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)分布,減小葉輪內(nèi)部漩渦的區(qū)域和強(qiáng)度,,改善液力透平內(nèi)部流動(dòng)規(guī)律,。對(duì)液力透平內(nèi)部功率損失分布分析表明,液力透平內(nèi)部的功率損失主要集中在葉輪內(nèi)部,,長(zhǎng)短葉片的增加,,改善了葉輪內(nèi)部流動(dòng),減小了葉輪內(nèi)部的功率損失,。葉片數(shù)的增加加劇了葉輪和蝸殼之間的相互作用,,因此蝸殼內(nèi)部的功率損失有所增加。

    Abstract:

    In order to find out the effects of splitter blades on the performance of pump as turbine, a pump as turbine and an open pump as turbine test rig were built. Research results showed that the addition of splitter blades could improve its efficiency, increase its flow rate at the best efficiency point and decrease its required pressure head. Internal flow field analysis showed that the flow field was improved and the area and intensity of vortex region was decreased with the increase of splitter blades. Power loss distribution analysis within pump as turbine showed that power loss within impeller took up the majority of the total power loss. The power loss within impeller was decreased when splitter blades were added to the impeller. With the increase of blade number, the interaction of impeller and volute was enhanced, so the power loss within volute was increased.
