    摘要:

    根據(jù)直噴式汽油機(jī)(GDI)冷起動(dòng)的特性和冷起動(dòng)的基本要求,,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的冷起動(dòng)控制策略。以前期自主設(shè)計(jì)的ECU電控系統(tǒng)和試驗(yàn)臺(tái)架為基礎(chǔ),編寫了冷起動(dòng)控制策略程序,搭建了GDI發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷起動(dòng)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),進(jìn)行了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷起動(dòng)控制策略試驗(yàn)研究,。結(jié)果表明:按照冷起動(dòng)各階段的最優(yōu)參數(shù)控制策略起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),3個(gè)循環(huán)即可起動(dòng)成功。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速在1023r/min上下波動(dòng),,轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)率為6%,催化劑的起燃時(shí)間為38s,,起燃較快,,且HC排放量較低,,滿足發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷起動(dòng)過程的總體要求。

    Abstract:

    The control strategy, on the basis of features and demands of cold start conditions, was developed and illustrated thoroughly. The experimental platform was built up and the program of the cold start control strategy was written based on the preliminary work of electronic control system and test bench, and the research on cold start was made. The results show that the engine starts by three cycles successfully with the optimal control parameters for each stage to control cold start process. The engine speed fluctuated around 1023r/min and the speed fluctuation rate was only 6%. The light-off time of the catalyst was 38s and HC emission was at lower lever. The control strategy can meet the general demands for GDI engine cold start.
