    摘要:

    采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA對使用柔性浮動夾持方式的多輥下壓式拉形過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,，驗證了柔性浮動夾持的效果，分析了所得成形件在拉形過程中的應(yīng)力,、應(yīng)變分布,。結(jié)果表明：柔性浮動夾持方式適用于多輥下壓式拉形，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)柔性,、浮動夾持的效果,；使用柔性浮動夾持時所得成形件應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變分布均勻,，成形效果較好,。完成了相關(guān)實驗驗證，對數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和實驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比,，結(jié)果表明：數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果吻合較好,。

    Abstract:

    The multi-roll stretch forming process of saddle-shaped surface parts with flexible floating clamping mode were simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The effect of flexible floating clamping mode was verified. The distribution of stress and strain of formed parts was analyzed. Results indicated that the flexible floating clamping mode was suitable for the process of the multi roll stretch forming process. The stress and strain of the formed part distributed uniformly. Finally, the corresponding experiment was accomplished. When comparing the results of the numerical simulation and that of the experiment, it was concluded that the two types of results were nearly consistent.
