    摘要:

    在中試流化床實(shí)驗(yàn)臺架上,,以石英砂,、煤灰作為床料,,對煙稈在800~900℃下的燃燒聚團(tuán)現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究,,并對其機(jī)理進(jìn)行討論,。結(jié)果表明,,煙稈在流化床中與以上2種床料發(fā)生粘結(jié)的難易程度不相同,,石英砂燃燒粘結(jié)現(xiàn)象非常嚴(yán)重并最終導(dǎo)致失流,,而煤灰床料經(jīng)過長時間運(yùn)行沒有結(jié)渣,。對實(shí)驗(yàn)后的床料顆粒和結(jié)團(tuán)分別進(jìn)行XRF以及SEM/EDX分析,分析表明煤灰中的Al,、Fe等元素能夠與煙稈灰中的堿金屬元素發(fā)生反應(yīng)形成高熔點(diǎn)物質(zhì),,阻止床料顆粒的增大,從而抑制結(jié)渣,。

    Abstract:

    The agglomeration phenomenon of tobacco stems was investigated on a pilot-scale fluidized bed at temperature between 800℃ and 900℃ with two kinds of bed materials silica sand and cinder, followed by a discussion on the agglomeration mechanism. The results indicated that the inclination of agglomeration for the two bed materials above was different. Severe incineration was found in silica sand which led to defluidization finally, while no agglomeration was discovered during long-term run. The data from X-ray fluorescence and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) indicated that Al, Fe contained in cinder could react with alkali metals in the tobacco stem ash to form high-melting compounds, which prevented the agglomerates to grow, therefore inhibit the agglomeration.
