    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了具有噴頭變速搖擺功能和自動(dòng)進(jìn),、排藥功能的溫室搖擺式變量彌霧機(jī),。為驗(yàn)證和優(yōu)化噴霧機(jī)的施藥效果,,以噴霧流量、噴霧距離,、噴霧機(jī)行走速度和噴頭擺動(dòng)速度為自變量,霧滴分布變異系數(shù)為響應(yīng)值,,根據(jù)Box-Behnken試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)原理,,采用四因素三水平響應(yīng)面分析方法,并利用Design-Expert軟件建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,,對各因素及其交互作用進(jìn)行分析,。結(jié)果表明:4個(gè)因素的影響顯著性由大到小依次為:噴頭擺動(dòng)速度、噴霧機(jī)行走速度,、噴霧距離,、噴霧流量;噴霧機(jī)的最佳噴霧參數(shù)為:噴霧流量185mL/min,、噴霧距離2m,、噴霧機(jī)行走速度8cm/s和噴頭擺動(dòng)速度5(°)/s,此時(shí)霧滴分布變異系數(shù)為1.632%,。

    Abstract:

    A swing, automatic variables and greenhouse mist sprayer equipped with the sprinkler swing function and automatic dosing and discharge liquid system was presented. In order to verify and optimize pesticide application efficiency of mist sprayer, parameters such as spraying flow rate,,spraying distance, sprinkler swing speed and sprayer forward velocity were selected as independent variables, which would influence distribution of droplets deposition. Subsequently, the Box-Behnken experimental design with four factors and three levels was performed, and the mathematical model was established by using Design-Expert software, then the effects of various parameters and their interactions were analyzed as well. The results showed that effects order of four parameters on distribution of droplets deposition were as follows: sprinkler swing speed, sprayer forward velocity, spraying distance, and spraying flow rate. The optimal spraying parameters were spraying flow rate of 185mL/min, spraying distance of 2m, sprayer forward velocity of 8cm/s and sprinkler swing speed of 5(°)/s, then the coefficient of variation of droplets distribution of 1.632% was obtained.
