    摘要:

    采用計算流體力學和顆粒離散元耦合的方法模擬風篩式清選裝置中物料在篩面上的運動,,并將模擬結(jié)果和試驗結(jié)果進行了對比。仿真結(jié)果表明:在一定范圍內(nèi)風機出風口風速增加,,物料后移速度增加,,有助于提高振動篩的處理能力,但也會增加籽粒的損失,;風速增加使籽粒在篩下分布后移,,在15分區(qū)后籽粒數(shù)量很少。通過試驗驗證表明,,利用CFD-DEM耦合對風篩式清選裝置進行數(shù)值模擬是可行的,。

    Abstract:

    The material motion on the screen surface of air-and-screen cleaning device was simulated by using CFD-DEM coupled method, and experimental results and simulation results were compared. Simulation results showed that with the increasing wind speed, vibrating screen processing power would improve in a certain range, while grain losses would increase. With the increasing wind speed, the grain passed through the screen surface and decreased after section 15.It showed that numerical simulation of material motion on vibrating screen of air-and-screen cleaning device based on CFD-DEM was feasible.
