    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種適用于油菜一器多行排種的離心式排種器,,分析了離心式油菜排種器的工作原理,確定了排種器的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和性能參數(shù),。研究了排種器錐筒轉(zhuǎn)速與排量,、各行排量一致性、總排量穩(wěn)定性,、破碎率等的關(guān)系,;正交試驗(yàn)表明,在排種器錐筒轉(zhuǎn)速為150 r/min,、出種孔直徑為3.2 mm,、出種孔傾角為15°時(shí),單行播量穩(wěn)定性變異系數(shù)最小,,為2.38%,,播種均勻性變異系數(shù)為18.2%。

    Abstract:

    A centrifugal metering device was designed for rapeseed. Working principle of the centrifugal metering device was analyzed, and its main structural and performance parameters were investigated. The relationship among rotation speed with the delivery capacity, coefficient of variation, stability of total displacement and damage rate was concluded through the captive test of seeding device. The experimental results showed that the rotating speed was 150 r/min,the diameter of discharge holes was 3.2 mm, the tilt angle of discharge holes was 15°, the delivery coefficient of variation was 2.38% and performance test of the device on the rack demonstrated that seeding uniformity coefficient of variation was 18.2%.
