    摘要:

    提出一種用于實現(xiàn)多函數(shù)的可調(diào)球面四桿機構(gòu)優(yōu)化綜合方法。通過改變連架桿桿長實現(xiàn)可調(diào)球面四桿機構(gòu)不同函數(shù)綜合要求,。在研究球面四桿機構(gòu)輸入角與輸出角函數(shù)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,,建立了可調(diào)球面四桿機構(gòu)函數(shù)優(yōu)化綜合數(shù)學模型。給出可調(diào)球面四桿機構(gòu)多函數(shù)優(yōu)化綜合的目標函數(shù),,使函數(shù)生成機構(gòu)的最大結(jié)構(gòu)誤差達到最?。唤o出函數(shù)優(yōu)化綜合的約束條件,保證機構(gòu)存在曲柄并具有良好的傳動性能,。采用免疫遺傳算法對可調(diào)球面四桿機構(gòu)進行函數(shù)優(yōu)化綜合,,相應(yīng)的算例證明了方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    An optimal synthesis method of adjustable spherical four-bar mechanisms for multi-function generation was put forward. Different functions can be generated by the same mechanism through adjusting the length of the connecting frame poles. Based on the function relation between the input angle and the output angle of the spherical four-bar mechanism, the optimization model was established. The objective function was given with the aim of minimizing the maximum of the absolute structural error, and the constraints were given to ensure the crack existed and that the mechanisms have good transmission quality. After this, the immune genetic algorithm was chosen for multi-function generation of adjustable spherical four-bar mechanisms. The result of the synthesis example verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
