    摘要:

    針對(duì)生物質(zhì)氣化爐處理過程中存在非線性,、大時(shí)滯性,、不穩(wěn)定性和負(fù)荷干擾特點(diǎn),提出了一種基于灰色蟻群組合預(yù)測(cè)雙閉環(huán)控制算法,。首先采用灰色算法建立氣化爐溫度預(yù)測(cè)模型,,然后考慮可能的擾動(dòng),,引入蟻群算法對(duì)灰色模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)爐溫進(jìn)行控制,;最后引入基于變論域模糊控制算法,,利用模糊規(guī)則對(duì)氣化爐一次風(fēng)量進(jìn)行控制,在保證爐溫穩(wěn)定的情況下,,降低可燃?xì)怏w含氧量,。仿真和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明了方法的有效性和先進(jìn)性。

    Abstract:

    The process of biomass gasify has the characteristics of nonlinear, large delay and strong load disturbance. For these features, a double-loop intelligent control based on gray ant combination prediction algorithm was presented. Firstly, the gray prediction algorithm was used to establish temperature model of gasifies. Secondly, considering possible disturbance, the ant algorithm was introduced to optimize the gray temperature model. The temperature sub-control system was based on the optimized gray temperature model. Finally, the variable universe fuzzy control algorithm was used in the oxygen content sub-control system. The gasify-air was controlled by the fuzzy rules in order to stabilize the temperature of gasifies, and reduce the oxygen content of the combustible gases. The validity and superiority was showed in the results of simulation and work site.
