    摘要:

    用正交設(shè)計(jì)法對(duì)旋流泵葉輪參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)五因素二水平的正交方案,,研究各幾何參數(shù)對(duì)旋流泵性能的影響。采用雷諾平均數(shù)值模擬方法,對(duì)正交設(shè)計(jì)中每種組合進(jìn)行性能預(yù)測(cè),,通過(guò)分析性能曲線對(duì)比圖,,找到了對(duì)于各個(gè)性能的最優(yōu)方案。對(duì)數(shù)值計(jì)算得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行極差分析,,獲得了各幾何參數(shù)影響性能的主次順序,,通過(guò)分析與比較得出最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合,即葉輪外徑220mm,、葉輪出口寬度40mm,、葉片出口安放角14°、葉片數(shù)4和無(wú)葉腔寬度40mm,。在模擬基礎(chǔ)上,,對(duì)最優(yōu)模型樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,,在實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)過(guò)載的同時(shí),,保持了較高的效率,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目的,。

    Abstract:

    The optimization design of vortex pump impeller parameter was done by using the orthogonal design method. Orthogonal scheme of five factors and two levels was designed, and the influence of geometrical parameters on the characteristics was studied. Reynolds averaged Navier—Stokes method was adopted to simulate every set of parameters obtained by the orthogonal design method. Optimal scheme of the characteristics was found by analyzing the contrast of performance curves. The influence orders of geometrical parameters to the characteristics were obtained with range analysis. The optimization parameter combination was obtained with comprehensive balance analysis and comparison to the data result. Meanwhile, the optimized design scheme was determined, and corresponding test was carried out. It demonstrated that the experimental purpose was reached, the design method was reasonable, and it had the property of both high efficiency and non-overload.
