    摘要:

    根據(jù)雙電磁閥控制燃油系統(tǒng)的工作原理,討論了可采用的溢流控制閥(SV)和針閥控制閥(NCV)控制模式,;針對不同的控制模式,,分析了從控制信號到燃油噴射的延時特性,,揭示了動態(tài)噴嘴啟噴壓力(NOP)隨轉速的變化規(guī)律,,探討了雙閥燃油系統(tǒng)的燃油噴射特性,,并進行試驗,。結果表明SV相對于NCV的控制角度差值能夠有效地改變NOP,、NCP(噴嘴關閉壓力)和MFIP(平均燃油噴射壓力)的大小,。著重探討了雙閥燃油系統(tǒng)的控制算法,闡述了NCV目標噴油持續(xù)期和目標噴油提前角的控制方法,,提出了NOP控制及雙閥燃油系統(tǒng)總體控制策略,并給出了反映NOP隨轉速和控制角度差值變化而變化的NOP控制MAP,,為雙閥燃油系統(tǒng)的整車應用提供了基礎,。

    Abstract:

    According to the working principle of the two-actuator fuel injection system, the available control modes were discussed firstly, the delay time from control signal to fuel injection was analyzed, variation characteristics of NOP at different speeds were figured out and injection characteristics were explored then, the experimental results showed that the difference between SV and NCV control angle could change the value of NOP, NCP and MFIP effectively. Finally, the control algorithms were explored emphatically, calculating method for NCV desired SOI and durations were introduced and the control strategy of two-actuator fuel injection system was proposed, and the NOP control MAP that reflected it tendency with different speeds and the control angle difference was analyzed, which provided the basic theory for vehicle purpose.
