    摘要:

    提出了一種變形偏心非圓齒輪分插機構,，利用變形特性對分插機構取秧、送秧,、插秧和回程的時間進行了重新分配，減小了秧針的相對速度。對分插機構進行了運動學分析和建立了數(shù)學模型，應用VB編程語言開發(fā)了運動分析模擬軟件及其優(yōu)化程序。在程序界面上顯示分插機構的各種運動特性和優(yōu)化結果,，提高了人機交互的效率，可以方便快捷地得到一組優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù),，提高機器開發(fā)成功率,。

    Abstract:

    A deformed eccentric noncircular gears was presented. The seedling transplanting mechanism, sending seedlings, transplanting, and the return time were redistributed by using deformation characteristics, which reduced the seedling needle relative velocity. Transplanting institutions kinematics analysis and a mathematical model were built. Simulation software, motion analysis and optimization program were developed with the application of VB programming language. The bodies of various sportsdrop features and optimization results were displayed on program interface, which greatly improved the efficiency of humancomputer interaction, easily got a quick group of optimal data, and improved the success rate of the machine development.
