    摘要:

    分析了聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)的工作過(guò)程,,針對(duì)其工作過(guò)程中的非線(xiàn)性、時(shí)變,、大滯后特性,,提出了采用灰色預(yù)測(cè)模糊控制方法對(duì)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)的前進(jìn)速度進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制,,使其負(fù)荷保持穩(wěn)定,。分析了預(yù)測(cè)控制和模糊控制相結(jié)合的必要性和重要性,設(shè)計(jì)了基于灰色預(yù)測(cè)模糊控制的聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)前進(jìn)速度控制裝置,,建立了灰色預(yù)測(cè)模糊控制模型,,并進(jìn)行了仿真和試驗(yàn)。仿真結(jié)果表明,,運(yùn)用灰色預(yù)測(cè)模糊控制算法能使控制系統(tǒng)的調(diào)整時(shí)間更短,、超調(diào)量更小、控制性能更加優(yōu)越,。

    Abstract:

    The working process of combine harvester was analyzed, aiming at the properties of nonlinear, time varying and delay. Fuzzy control with grey prediction algorithm was used to control the speed of combine harvester and keep the load stable. The necessity and importance of the combining predictive control with fuzzy control was analyzed. Forward speed control device for combine harvester based on grey prediction fuzzy control was designed. The grey prediction fuzzy control model was established, simulated and tested. The results showed that the control system with the grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm had shorter adjustment time, smaller overshoot and more superior control performance. 
