    摘要:

    選用Standard k-ε和RNG k-ε湍流模型分別在0.62 Qd 、0.8 Qd 、1.0 Qd ,、1.1 Qd和1.2 Qd工況下對(duì)兩級(jí)雙吸離心泵內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行了定常和非定常模擬,分析了泵的能量特性和壓力脈動(dòng)特性,。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),吸水室內(nèi)壓力脈動(dòng)主頻約為2倍轉(zhuǎn)頻,,各監(jiān)測點(diǎn)的壓力脈動(dòng)幅值分布呈現(xiàn)一定規(guī)律但相差不超過1%,;葉片區(qū)各監(jiān)測點(diǎn)壓力脈動(dòng)主頻為2倍的轉(zhuǎn)頻,從進(jìn)口邊到出口邊壓力脈動(dòng)幅值呈現(xiàn)出逐漸增大的趨勢,;壓水室內(nèi)各監(jiān)測點(diǎn)壓力脈動(dòng)主頻為葉片通過頻率,,遠(yuǎn)離隔舌方向,,壓力脈動(dòng)幅值先增大后減小,,幅值最大點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)在第二蝸道遠(yuǎn)離隔舌一定角度的位置,。泵內(nèi)壓力脈動(dòng)幅值隨著偏離設(shè)計(jì)工況而增大,其中葉片通過頻率下的壓力脈動(dòng)隨著流量增加而逐漸增大,,1.2 Qd工況1倍葉片通過頻率下的壓力脈動(dòng)幅值是設(shè)計(jì)工況下的125%,;轉(zhuǎn)頻下的壓力脈動(dòng)隨著流量減小而增大,隔舌處監(jiān)測點(diǎn)0.62 Qd工況1倍轉(zhuǎn)頻下的壓力脈動(dòng)幅值是設(shè)計(jì)工況的142%,。在同一工況下,,一級(jí)和二級(jí)對(duì)應(yīng)部件的壓力脈動(dòng)時(shí)域及頻域特性相似。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the energy characteristics and pressure fluctuations of a twostage double-suction centrifugal pump, the standard k-ε and RNG k-ε turbulent flow models were chosen for the steady and unsteady flow simulations at 0.62, 0.8, 1.0,,1.1 and 1.2 designed flow rate conditions. The results showed that the second multiple frequency of the impeller rotation dominated the pressure fluctuations in the suctions. The fluctuation amplitudes for all the monitored points in suctions were very similar and the difference was less than 1%. The second multiple frequency of the impeller rotation also dominated the pressure fluctuations on the impeller blade surfaces where the amplitude became larger than that at suctions. The blade passing frequency dominated the pressure fluctuations in the volute and the largest amplitude was at the point some distance away from the volute tongue. The amplitude of pressure fluctuation increased when the pump operation condition was deviated from the design point. In the volute tongue region, the pressure fluctuation amplitude of blade passing frequency at 1.2 designed flow rate is 1.25 times of the one at designed flow rate, while the ratio at 0.62 designed flow rate is 1.42. 
