    摘要:

    采用插件程序設(shè)計,、順序和循環(huán)流程控制方法,,以機械系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)分析軟件ADAMS,、三維參數(shù)化造型軟件Pro/E和有限元分析軟件ANSYS為平臺,,提出了一種以動力學(xué)分析軟件ADAMS為核心的自動化接口數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換方法,。利用軟件的二次開發(fā)技術(shù)以及VC++語言開發(fā)了一套專用接口軟件,。最后通過東方紅—1604型拖拉機轉(zhuǎn)向機構(gòu)的設(shè)計分析進行了仿真試驗驗證,。試驗證明,拖拉機輪胎的側(cè)滑特性可用于描述拖拉機的轉(zhuǎn)向性能,,分析過程中所涉及的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)信息可以在ADAMS,、Pro/E和ANSYS軟件間自動無損傳輸。該方法可有效解決大型工程設(shè)計軟件協(xié)同仿真過程中的數(shù)據(jù)信息自動傳輸問題,,為復(fù)雜機械系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計分析提供了一種自動,、高效而可靠的解決方案。

    Abstract:

    An automatic interface method for data transmission based on ADAMS was proposed by using the idea of plug-in program design and sequence and loop process control. The interface software was developed on the platform of dynamics analysis of mechanical system software ADAMS, 3-D parametric modeling software Pro/E and finite element analysis software ANSYS, utilized the respective secondary development technology of the platform software as well as VC++. Finally, the Dongfanghong—1604 tractor steering mechanism was used as experimental verification. The results showed that the sideslip characteristics of tractor tire could be used to describe the steering performance of tractor, and the relevant data information involved in the analyzing process was transmitted automatically and losslessly among ADAMS, Pro/E and ANSYS.
