    摘要:

    研究了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、溫度及鹽酸濃度對(duì)山核桃殼酸解制備木糖的影響,。建立了山核桃殼酸解制備木糖的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該模型,。實(shí)驗(yàn)得最佳酸解制備木糖工藝參數(shù)為:反應(yīng)溫度363.15K,,鹽酸濃度1.2mol/L,,反應(yīng)時(shí)間5h,。在實(shí)驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),,得到山核桃殼酸解生成木糖的表觀活化能為70.91kJ/mol,反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)k1與反應(yīng)溫度T,、鹽酸濃度C的關(guān)系為lnk1=21.4540-8.5290/T-5.0632lnC,。

    Abstract:

    Effects of reaction time, temperature and acid concentration of acid hydrolysis from Carya cathayensis Sarg. shell to xylose were investigated. The dynamics model of the acid hydrolysis was established. The model was verified by experiment. The optimum extraction parameters were: temperature was 363.15K, concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1.2mol/L and acid hydrolysis time was 5h. The apparent activation energy of the transformation to xylose was 70.91kJ/mol. The relationship between the reaction rate constant, temperature and acid concentration was as follows:lnk1=21.4540-8.5290/T-5.0632lnC. 
