    摘要:

    以苜邦9KF—8042型方草捆壓捆機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,,采用SolidWorks建立D型打結(jié)器及其輔助機(jī)構(gòu)的3D裝配模型,導(dǎo)入ADAMS軟件后對(duì)送繩,、撥繩,、搭繩,、夾繩,、繞繩,、咬繩,、割繩,、脫扣等捆扎打結(jié)過程進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真和時(shí)序分析,,揭示了D型打結(jié)器的成結(jié)原理。樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)表明,,反求的D型打結(jié)器及其輔助機(jī)構(gòu)模型準(zhǔn)確,,運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真正確再現(xiàn)了捆扎打結(jié)要求的預(yù)定動(dòng)作過程,根據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真結(jié)果確定了各構(gòu)件耦合動(dòng)作時(shí)序關(guān)系。

    Abstract:

    The Mubang 9KF—8042 baler for square straw bale was chosen as research object. 3-D assemble model of D-knotter and its ancillary mechanisms were firstly built up by using SolidWorks software, and imported to ADAMS software for its kinematics simulation and time series analysis of enlacing and knotting process, including sending rope, pushing rope, hanging rope, holding rope, winding rope, biting rope, cutting rope and threading off knot. Knotting principle of D-knotter was revealed. Motion test of the physical prototype showed that reverse designed model of D-knotter and its ancillary mechanisms were accurate, and the results of kinematics simulation recurred the predetermined motion processes of enlacing and knotting requirement correctly. According to the results of kinematics simulation, coupling relationship of motion time series of each functional component was determined.
