    摘要:

    研究了行星齒輪功率分流混合動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)特性分析方法,,通過扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器的剛度匹配實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)共振轉(zhuǎn)速的優(yōu)化。針對混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)可能出現(xiàn)的多種工作狀態(tài),,建立傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)化振動(dòng)模型,。研究了動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)速比及減振器剛度對系統(tǒng)共振轉(zhuǎn)速的影響,。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,只有在特定轉(zhuǎn)速比區(qū)間發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)才會(huì)引起傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)較高的共振轉(zhuǎn)速,,通過降低減振器扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度可以降低系統(tǒng)共振轉(zhuǎn)速,,使其偏移發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)常用轉(zhuǎn)速范圍。

    Abstract:

    Torsional vibration analysis method for the power split hybrid system with planetary gear was studied. Resonant speed of the powertrain was optimized through the stiffness matching of torsional damper. Parametric vibration model was built to investigate the influence of gear ratio and damper stiffness on powertrain resonance. Analysis results indicated that there was a high resonant speed zone when the ratio was controlled around some special value. The resonant speed could be reduced out of the engine working speed range with lower stiffness torsional damper.
