    摘要:

    對(duì)美國(guó)汽車穩(wěn)定性控制系統(tǒng)(ESC)性能試驗(yàn)法規(guī)FMVSS 126確定的ESC功能、過度轉(zhuǎn)向特性和橫向響應(yīng)能力的客觀測(cè)試和評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,。構(gòu)建了先進(jìn)的汽車道路試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),,闡述了試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)核心設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)器人的性能要求和結(jié)構(gòu),,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的道路試驗(yàn),。采用小波降噪方法對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了濾波處理,,小波濾波無相位延時(shí),,且信號(hào)的局部特征都得到很好的保留,,相比法規(guī)推薦的頻域?yàn)V波方法,,此方法更為精確,。對(duì)DGPS方法和加速度方法處理得到的橫向位移數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,兩種方法在轉(zhuǎn)向開始后2 s內(nèi)測(cè)試結(jié)果接近,,誤差小于5%,,法規(guī)推薦采用加速度方法測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)向開始后1.07 s時(shí)車身橫向位移是可行的。對(duì)3組具有區(qū)別意義的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,,結(jié)果表明法規(guī)基于橫擺角速度信息對(duì)汽車穩(wěn)定性程度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)是可行的,,但汽車接近失穩(wěn)和失穩(wěn)時(shí)的穩(wěn)定性需要依據(jù)橫擺角速度和質(zhì)心側(cè)偏角信息共同表征。

    Abstract:

    According to FMVSS 126, the definition of ESC, the objective performance test and evaluation methods for over-steer characteristic and lateral responding ability were analyzed respectively. The advanced vehicle road way test system was developed, in which the key steer robot device was comprehensively introduced for its performance requirement and operating principle, then the systematical road way tests were conducted. The wavelet filtering method was employed to reduce the noise included in the initial sensor signal. Compared with the frequency-domain filter method suggested by FMVSS 126, the wavelet filtering was more precise for its zero phrase delay and good reservation of signal’s local specificity. Vehicle lateral displacement was obtained respectively from differential GPS method and acceleration method. During 2s after the beginning of steering, the results were almost identical and the error was less than 5%. So the acceleration method suggested by FMVSS 126 was feasible to test the lateral displacement at 1.07 s after the beginning of steering. Finally, the results of three group tests showed that it was feasible to evaluate the vehicle stability with yaw rate information when vehicle did not lose its stability, but when vehicle was approaching instability or the stability was lost, the vehicle slip angle information should be added to evaluate the vehicle stability. 
