    摘要:

    設(shè)計了滾筒式苜蓿干燥與莖葉分離設(shè)備,,可在完成干燥的同時實現(xiàn)莖葉分離加工。采用預(yù)干燥滾筒與三回程干燥滾筒的組合結(jié)構(gòu),可實現(xiàn)苜蓿莖,、葉的均衡干燥,。利用CFD方法對設(shè)備內(nèi)部的空氣流場進(jìn)行了仿真模擬,,可以看出流場的風(fēng)速分布反映了設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,,且不存在明顯的渦流現(xiàn)象,,能夠滿足輸運物料,、均衡干燥和莖葉分離的要求,。風(fēng)門開啟面積對分離室內(nèi)的風(fēng)速影響顯著,并且呈現(xiàn)出一定的規(guī)律,。根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果可得,,滿足莖葉分離風(fēng)速條件的風(fēng)門最佳開啟面積為(150×150)~(200×150)mm2。

    Abstract:

    For the sake of achieving uniform drying and separation of alfalfa leaves and stems in one process, a quad-pass rotary drum dryer-separator was designed, which mainly comprised the pre-drying, quick-drying, tempering and separating zones. The air flow in the dryer-separator was simulated by using CFD method with applying the standard k—ε model, and the effect of different opening areas of the adjusting gate on the velocity in the separating chamber was analyzed emphatically. It was found that the desired velocity for leaf-stem separation in the separating chamber was gained, when the opening area of the adjusting gate was (150×150)~(200×150)mm2. 
