    摘要:

    建立了高壓共軌噴油器的Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,,采用多目標模擬退火MOSA優(yōu)化算法作為尋優(yōu)策略,,以針閥開啟延遲和關閉延遲為目標函數(shù)進行高壓共軌噴油器的關鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)多目標仿真優(yōu)化設計。實驗結(jié)果表明:優(yōu)化后的高壓共軌噴油器針閥開啟延遲時間降低16.7%,,達到0.25ms;關閉延遲時間降低15.2%,,達到0.78ms,。

    Abstract:

    A precise model for the common rail fuel injector based on the Matlab/Simulink was built. Using the multi objective simulated annealing algorithm as the search strategy, the key injector parameters were optimized. The aim function of the multi objective optimization was the opening delay and the closing delay. The results showed that the delay of the opening was 0.25ms which reduced by 16.7%; while the delay of the closing was 0.78ms, which reduced by 15.2%. 
