    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種開度、轉(zhuǎn)速雙調(diào)節(jié)變量施肥機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的嵌入式解決方案,該系統(tǒng)集GPS和GPRS于一體,開發(fā)了基于ARM和DSP雙CPU架構(gòu)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),。上位機(jī)利用ARM9和WinCE系統(tǒng)支持圖形化人機(jī)界面和觸摸操作,,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)施肥生產(chǎn)過程的信息輸入與作業(yè)狀況的實(shí)時(shí)反映,;下位機(jī)利用DSP/BIOS實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)完成排肥口開度和施肥軸轉(zhuǎn)速的電動(dòng)機(jī)伺服控制,。詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)軟硬件結(jié)構(gòu)及總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,。該系統(tǒng)軟硬件具有良好的擴(kuò)展性,、實(shí)時(shí)性,、靈活性。實(shí)際測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)能夠快速準(zhǔn)確實(shí)現(xiàn)肥料精準(zhǔn)投送,。

    Abstract:

    A bivariable control system that combined GPS and GPRS was designed as the variable rate fertilizer embedded solutions, and the information platform based on ARM and DSP dual-CPU architecture was developed. Based on ARM9 and WinCE support the graphical user interface and touch operation, the host system was able to achieve information input and reflect the real-time operating status of the fertilization and seed production process. Based on DSP/BIOS real-time operating system, the slave system could implement the opening and revolution motor servo control of fertilizing and seeding. The system hardware and software structure, which has good scalability and real-time flexibility, was depicted in detail. The test results showed that the system could achieve fast and accurate fertilizing and seeding precision delivery.
