    摘要:

    柴油機(jī)燃燒峰值壓力出現(xiàn)前燃燒過(guò)程對(duì)應(yīng)的局部振動(dòng)信號(hào)與缸內(nèi)燃燒狀況密切相關(guān),。對(duì)比分析了195型及495T型柴油機(jī)在該局部時(shí)段內(nèi)振動(dòng)加速度,、缸內(nèi)壓力及其各階導(dǎo)數(shù)的時(shí)域波形,,基于波形間的相關(guān)性,,提出了利用振動(dòng)加速度信號(hào)的拐點(diǎn)推測(cè)燃燒過(guò)程特征點(diǎn)的方法,。對(duì)比不同工況時(shí)局部時(shí)段內(nèi)的缸內(nèi)壓力,、壓升率,、振動(dòng)加速度及壓力升高加速度的時(shí)域波形及頻譜能量,,發(fā)現(xiàn)振動(dòng)加速度信號(hào)最大時(shí)域波動(dòng)量及特定頻帶的能量與缸內(nèi)燃燒狀況密切相關(guān),,可作為表征缸內(nèi)燃燒狀況的特征參數(shù),,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明選取的特征參數(shù)是有效的。

    Abstract:

    There is close connection between vibration signal and combustion status before peak pressure. Comparison was carried out among the vibration acceleration signal, cylinder pressure, rate of pressure rise and pressure rise acceleration before peak pressure. Based on the similar trend waveform, a novel method using inflection of vibration acceleration to estimate combustion process feature points was proposed. Contrast was also carried out among cylinder pressure, rate of pressure rise, time domain waveform and frequency component amplitude of vibration acceleration and pressure rise acceleration. Results showed that the maximum time domain fluctuation and frequency component amplitude of vibration acceleration are closely related with combustion status and the information can be used as characteristic parameters to reflect combustion status. Experiments were carried out and the result verified that the characteristic parameters were feasible.
