    摘要:

    燃料在直圓管形狀的微尺度燃燒器中進(jìn)行預(yù)熱燃燒,,對(duì)比不同預(yù)熱溫度下的燃燒器工作性能,檢驗(yàn)強(qiáng)化預(yù)熱對(duì)促進(jìn)微燃燒穩(wěn)定的效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇燃料混合氣體流量為0.12、0.24、0.36L/min,,預(yù)熱溫度分別為室溫23℃和250,、500℃,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,,在室溫,,燃料混合氣體流量0.12L/min下,燃燒器可燃極限當(dāng)量比為0.339~3.639,。預(yù)熱溫度上升到250℃時(shí),,可燃極限當(dāng)量比范圍增大到0.317~4.304。 而預(yù)熱溫度500℃時(shí),,可燃極限當(dāng)量比范圍減小為0.453~1.706,。在實(shí)驗(yàn)中測(cè)量燃燒器壁面溫度,結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬研究?jī)?nèi)部燃燒過程,。模擬結(jié)果顯示,,隨預(yù)熱溫度上升,反應(yīng)區(qū)域峰值溫度上升,。在流量0.24L/min,,當(dāng)量比為1,預(yù)熱溫度由室溫上升至500℃時(shí),,峰值溫度由1.890K上升至2.013K,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明適當(dāng)預(yù)熱可以提高反應(yīng)溫度,從而抑制熱熄火,。

    Abstract:

    The effect of preheating was investigated in a straight-tube shape micro combustor. Performances of combustor were compared under conditions with different preheating temperature. The flow rates of the fuel feed amount were 0.12, 0.24, 0.36L/min, respectively. The preheating temperatures were environmental temperature (23℃), 250℃, 500℃, respectively. Experimental results showed that with environmental temperature and 0.12L/min, the stability limit was 0.339~3.639. While the preheating temperature increased to 250℃, the stability limit extended to 0.317~4.304. At the preheating temperature of 500℃, the stability limit was 0.453~1.706. The temperature distribution on the combustor wall was measured, which was combined with numeric simulation to investigate the combustion process in the combustor. Simulation results indicated that the peak temperature in the reaction region increased with preheating temperature. At 0.24L/min and stoichiometry, while the preheating temperature increased from environmental temperature to 500℃, the peak temperature increased from 1890 to 2013K. It proved that the proper preheating could increase the reaction temperature, thus inhibited thermal extinction. 
