    闡述了水稻高速插秧機前插式直齒雙控制分插機構設計方法和工作原理,，建立了機構的運動學分析模型，使用ADAMS軟件對該機構的運動進行了優(yōu)化和仿真,獲得了分插機構的運動軌跡和運動特性曲線,。結果表明該機構能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)插秧時秧爪所需的主要運動學目標,。

    Abstract:

    The design method and working principle of forward transplanting mechanism with spur gears was discussed, and the analytical model of mechanism kinematics was built. By using ADAMS, the motion simulation and optimization of transplanting mechanism were realized. At the same time, the motion trajectory and motion curves of transplanting mechanism were obtained. The result confirmed that the mechanism could meet the kinematic goals while transplanting.
