    摘要:

    理論分析了葉輪級(jí)間泄漏對(duì)葉輪前后蓋板外側(cè)腔體內(nèi)液體流動(dòng)狀態(tài)的影響,指出軸向力的實(shí)際大小與計(jì)算值之間存在著差異,。通過(guò)離心泵軸向力試驗(yàn)裝置,,對(duì)液流速度分布和軸向力進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),研究結(jié)果表明:葉輪前后蓋板外側(cè)腔體內(nèi)液體并不是以葉輪0.5倍的角速度進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),,前蓋板外側(cè)大于0.5倍,后蓋板外側(cè)小于0.5倍,;葉輪兩側(cè)的壓力分布不一致,,前蓋板外側(cè)壓力小,后蓋板外側(cè)壓力大,;軸向力計(jì)算值小于實(shí)際軸向力,,應(yīng)對(duì)行業(yè)應(yīng)用的傳統(tǒng)軸向力計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行修正。

    Abstract:

    The influence of interstage leakage among impellers to the flow state outside the front and back shrouds of the multistage centrifugal pump was studied. The velocity distribution of inner flow and the value of axial force were measured by the experimental device of centrifugal pump. The results indicated that the rotation velocity of the liquid outside the front shroud was 0.5 times larger than the angular velocity of impellers, and the velocity outside the back shroud was 0.5 times less than the angular velocity. The pressure outside the front shroud was lower than the value outside the back shroud. The actual value of axial force was lower than the calculated. And the formula of the axial force should be modified. 
