    以地壟栽培模式下的草莓為作業(yè)對象,,針對草莓果實(shí)嬌嫩易損的特點(diǎn),采用直接擷取果柄的采摘方案,,提出了一種圖像處理與激光輔助測距相結(jié)合的草莓采摘位置自動定位方法,。采用鏡像匹配法計(jì)算草莓果軸的平面位置信息,進(jìn)而在扇形激光束的輔助下,,利用幾何光學(xué)計(jì)算采摘位置在深度方向的距離,。對自然環(huán)境下生長的長圓錐型草莓進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,,對于機(jī)器人鎖定采摘位置所需的導(dǎo)航數(shù)據(jù),,該方法的平均計(jì)算時(shí)間為381ms,測距最大誤差為1.6mm,,平均誤差為

    Abstract:

    0.5mm,。 An object locating method for strawberry-harvesting robot was proposed and evaluated in view of aimed at the “hill culture” planting pattern and characteristic of liable to damage for strawberry. The method includes two steps: “2-D information acquisition”, during which “mirror-image match method” is used to locate the strawberry’s fruit axis; “distance judgment between object and end-effector”, in which laser is used to assist distance judgment. The experiment results showed that the system is suitable for locating long-conical strawberries. The average time required for locating the picking position is 381 ms, the maximum measurement error of the distance is 1.6mm and the average error is 0.5mm.
