    摘要:

    判斷冷凍干燥過(guò)程的升華干燥結(jié)束點(diǎn)和解吸干燥結(jié)束點(diǎn),，對(duì)冷凍干燥過(guò)程的優(yōu)化控制有重要意義,。以富士蘋(píng)果為試驗(yàn)材料,，在JDG-0.2型真空凍干試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行了冷凍干燥動(dòng)力學(xué)特性試驗(yàn),。采用自制的物料水分在線測(cè)量系統(tǒng),，實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量和繪制蘋(píng)果塊在冷凍干燥過(guò)程中的含水率及其變化曲線,，根據(jù)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)分析了物料冷凍干燥動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,，提出了升華干燥結(jié)束點(diǎn)和解吸干燥結(jié)束點(diǎn)的判別方法,，便于冷凍干燥過(guò)程參數(shù)的優(yōu)化控制,。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance for optimal controlling the freeze-drying process to determine the end of sublimation drying and desorption. The drying dynamical characteristics test for Fuji apple were carried out using the JDG-0.2 type vacuum freeze-drying machine. Based on the homemade real-time online measurement system, the moisture content of apple blocks was measured, and the changing curve was drawn during the freeze-drying process. According to the measured data, the freeze-drying dynamical characteristics were analyzed, the judgment method for the end of sublimation drying and desorption was proposed. It provides the means for optimal controlling parameters during the freeze-drying process.
