    摘要:

    采用紅外熱成像遠(yuǎn)程動態(tài)控制系統(tǒng)和熱電偶兩種溫度檢測方法,，對非洲菊真空預(yù)冷過程中舌狀花瓣,、管狀花瓣和莖稈3個部位的溫度進(jìn)行實時檢測。實驗結(jié)果表明,，不同部位之間降溫速率存在較大差異,，不同部位的溫度分布也不均勻,；熱電偶和紅外熱成像檢測結(jié)果相比，前者比后者平均高出

    Abstract:

    4.55～10.4℃,。 Both thermal infrared imaging and thermocouples were applied to real time measurement of cut gerbera during vacuum cooling. Surface temperatures of the ligule-shape petal, tubular petal and stem were detected. Results show that there is a significant difference of different parts in average cooling rate, and for the petal and stem, the temperature distribution is nonuniform. The average final temperature obtained with thermal images is 4.55～10.4℃ lower than the thermocouple.
