    摘要:

    根據(jù)吸附式制冷在使用過(guò)程中存在的變熱源問(wèn)題,對(duì)燃?xì)鈨?nèi)燃機(jī)余熱驅(qū)動(dòng)的吸附式制冷機(jī)組進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,。機(jī)組采用硅膠-水作為吸附工質(zhì)對(duì),,由2個(gè)解吸/吸附真空腔和1個(gè)蒸發(fā)器熱管工作腔組成。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,變熱源溫度65℃時(shí)吸附式制冷機(jī)組的制冷功率能夠達(dá)到變熱源溫度90℃時(shí)的63%,,制冷系數(shù)變化較小。機(jī)組瞬時(shí)制冷性能具有很好的可重復(fù)性和穩(wěn)定性,。證實(shí)了吸附式制冷機(jī)組變熱源運(yùn)行時(shí)可靠性高,,低溫性能良好。將吸附式制冷與太陽(yáng)能熱利用,、余熱回收利用相結(jié)合,,用于糧食低溫儲(chǔ)藏的技術(shù)途徑是可行的,。

    Abstract:

    Due to the variable heat source problem for an adsorption cooling system in the practice, a silica gel-water adsorption chiller was experimentally studied, which was driven by recovered heat from gas engine. The chiller consisted of two desorption/ adsorption chambers and one heat-pipe working chamber of evaporator. The experimental results show that the cooling power with the 65℃ variable hot water temperature attains 63% of one under 90℃, and the COP (coefficient of performance) of the chiller has a small change which may be ignored. The transient refrigeration performance of the chiller has the good repeatability and stability. It was proved that the chiller driven by variable heat source is very reliable and good for low-grade heat source. This technology approach is feasible to be used for low temperature grain storage with combination of adsorption cooling and solar thermal or waste heat utilization.
