    摘要:

    運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)室自行設(shè)計(jì)的小型沼氣發(fā)酵裝置,,以廢棄的甘藍(lán)菜葉作為發(fā)酵原料,,研究了溫度對蔬菜廢棄物沼氣發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,,中溫條件((35±1)℃)試驗(yàn)組的揮發(fā)酸質(zhì)量濃度,、氨態(tài)氮質(zhì)量濃度以及pH值都在正常范圍內(nèi),且優(yōu)于高溫((55±1)℃)和室溫發(fā)酵試驗(yàn)組,可保證系統(tǒng)的順利運(yùn)行,。產(chǎn)氣特性研究表明:中溫條件的總產(chǎn)氣量比高溫條件總產(chǎn)氣量高42.5%,,最高甲烷含量比高溫條件和室溫條件下分別高7.6%和19.1%。因此,,中溫條件適于蔬菜廢棄物厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣,。

    Abstract:

    The effects of temperature on anaerobic digestion for biogas production were investigated. The tests were carried out in self-made anaerobic fermentation devices, with cabbage leaves as raw materials. Results showed that the value of VFA, NH+4-N and pH values at mesophilic fermentation ((35±1)℃) was in normal range superior to thermophilic ((55±1)℃) and room temperature. The total yield of biogas at mesophilic fermentation was 42.5% higher than thermophilic fermentation. The CH4 content at mesophilic fermentation was 7.6% and 19.1% higher than thermophilic and room temperature fermentation, respectively. Therefore, mesophilic fermentation condition is considered suitable for biogas production from cabbage leaves.
