    摘要:

    運(yùn)用球形五孔探針對(duì)自行設(shè)計(jì)的軸流模型泵3種工況下葉輪出口流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,,得到葉輪出口絕對(duì)速度的周向,、軸向、徑向速度分量和速度環(huán)量分布,。測(cè)量結(jié)果分析表明:葉輪出口處流場(chǎng)呈螺旋形向外運(yùn)動(dòng)趨勢(shì),;在最優(yōu)工況下,,出口旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)能占出口總動(dòng)能的34%左右,,其比例隨著流量的增加逐漸減??;絕對(duì)速度的徑向分量較小,軸向分量隨著流量的增加而加大,,和設(shè)計(jì)假設(shè)相吻合,;葉輪出口速度環(huán)量從輪轂到輪緣呈逐漸下降的趨勢(shì),,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)增加輪緣處的圓周分量,,減小輪轂處的圓周分量。運(yùn)用球形五孔探針測(cè)量三維流場(chǎng)中的速度分量和速度環(huán)量分布,,具有適用性強(qiáng),、方法簡(jiǎn)單、測(cè)量精度較高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),。

    Abstract:

    The flow field at the outlet of impeller in the designed axial-flow pump was measured by using the five-hole probe. Three velocity components and circulation curves were obtained. The measured results show that the flow field at the outlet of impeller is a spiral movement. Under the optimum condition, the rotary kinetic energy occupies 34% of the total outlet kinetic energy and decreases with the increase of the flux. Accompanied by the small radial velocity, the axial velocity increases with the flow intensifying. The velocity circulation decrease from the hub to the flange, wherefore the more circular velocity at the flange and the less at the hub are needed. The 3-D velocity distribution of flow field can be measured accurately by the probe. This method has the merits of simple operation and well applicability.
