    摘要:

    針對(duì)無(wú)過(guò)載離心泵在性能方面的不足,，提出了采用加大流量法和堵塞流道法相結(jié)合的無(wú)過(guò)載離心泵設(shè)計(jì)方法,。并根據(jù)這一設(shè)計(jì)理念,，在利用商業(yè)軟件Fluent對(duì)離心泵進(jìn)行性能預(yù)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,，對(duì)IS50-32-160型無(wú)過(guò)載離心泵進(jìn)行了3次改型嘗試,。預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果表明：采用這一設(shè)計(jì)方法,，可以有效地增加無(wú)過(guò)載離心泵的揚(yáng)程,、提高效率,，改善無(wú)過(guò)載離心泵的性能?？蔀榈捅葦?shù)離心泵的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,。

    Abstract:

    The performance deficiency of non-overload centrifugal pumps was analyzed. A design idea of non-overload centrifugal pumps was suggested that combined the enlarged flow design with the clogged flow passage design. And, three improved attempts on IS50-32-160 non-overload centrifugal pump were carried out supported by commerce software Fluent to forecast the performance of centrifugal pumps. The forecast results indicate that by adopting this design thought, the head and efficiency of non-overload centrifugal pumps is increased. Furthermore, a reference is provided for optimal design of low specific speed centrifugal pump.
