    摘要:

    以單個沙粒為對象,,研究了沙粒與灌水器流道壁面的碰撞過程。采用計算流體力學(xué)CFD數(shù)值模擬方法,,分析了沙粒與壁面碰撞反彈系數(shù)Rc對灌水器抗堵性能的影響,。結(jié)果表明,,反彈系數(shù)對灌水器抗堵性能影響較大,。利用粒子跟蹤測速技術(shù)PTV,,觀測了復(fù)雜迷宮流道內(nèi)沙粒與壁面碰撞過程,,測定了不同壓力點下矩形流道的碰撞反彈系數(shù),,為灌水器數(shù)值模擬時反彈系數(shù)的設(shè)定提供了實驗依據(jù),,從而可以更加準(zhǔn)確評估灌水器抗堵性能。

    Abstract:

    The process of sand-wall collision was performed to analyze the relationship between the collision and clogging of labyrinth channel emitter. First, the effect of Rc on pass rate of sand was analyzed using the CFD method. It was found that Rc has a great impact on the anti-clogging characteristics of labyrinth emitter and should be determined through experiments. In order to provide the experimental basis for the setting of sand Rc in numerical simulation, experiments of PTV were carried out for the determination of Rc under various pressure and different structure of labyrinth channel emitter, so that the anti-blocking performance can be more accurately evaluated.
