    摘要:

    為提高青錢柳葉總黃酮的純度,,篩選適宜青錢柳葉總黃酮純化的大孔樹(shù)脂,,確定青錢柳葉總黃酮純化工藝參數(shù),,選用大孔樹(shù)脂材料,,采用靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)吸附—解吸方法對(duì)青錢柳葉總黃酮進(jìn)行純化,,以吸附量與洗脫率為考察指標(biāo)對(duì)樹(shù)脂進(jìn)行選擇與工藝研究,,并利用紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)測(cè)量青錢柳葉總黃酮的含量,。結(jié)果表明:AB—8型大孔樹(shù)脂純化效果最好,,其最佳工藝為進(jìn)樣速度2BV/h,、進(jìn)樣質(zhì)量濃度1.0mg/mL,,洗脫劑最適宜體積分?jǐn)?shù)與洗脫速度分別為70%和2BV/h。表明AB—8型大孔樹(shù)脂適合青錢柳葉總黃酮的純化,。

    Abstract:

    With the aim to improve the purity of total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves, the suitable resin for separating and purifying total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves and the optimum parameters of purification were studied. The optimal techniques of separation and purification of flavonoid were obtained by static adsorption and elution tests, and the separation techniques were evaluated by measuring the concentration of total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves with ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results showed that the AB—8 macroporous resin gave the best effect of separation with the sampling rate 2BV/h and concentration 1.0mg/mL, respectively, and the concentration of elution was 70% alcohol, with eluting velocity 2BV/h. In conclusion, AB—8 resin could be applied to purify total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves.
