    摘要:

    針對某重型車輛油氣混合型懸架試驗系統(tǒng),建立了油氣懸架負載的電液伺服驅動力控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學模型,并分析了負載剛度變化對系統(tǒng)幅值裕量與相位裕量的影響,,得到控制參數(shù)與負載剛度之間的關系。為了能夠提高系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)性能,,引入根據(jù)剛度變化自動進行增益和轉折頻率調(diào)整的二階校正環(huán)節(jié)。仿真和試驗均表明所提方法對提高試驗精度的有效性,。

    Abstract:

    A mathematic model of electro-hydraulic servo driving force control system for a heavy vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension was established. Through analyzing the influence of the varying stiffness of hydro-pneumatic suspension to amplitude margin and phase margin, a relationship between stiffness of the load and controller parameters was obtained. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the hydro-pneumatic suspension testing system, a two-stage correction segment was introduced which can change its gain and its turning frequency automatically according to the stiffness of the load. Simulation and experimental results both indicate the validity of the proposed control method. 
