    摘要:

    通過對液壓挖掘機典型工況特性的分析,,提出了一種并聯(lián)式混合動力液壓挖掘機動臂勢能回收系統(tǒng),分析了液壓缸負載受力情況,建立了液壓缸,、節(jié)流閥,、液壓馬達等液壓元件以及永磁同步電機,、鎳氫電池組等電氣元件的數(shù)學(xué)模型,,提出了具有動臂勢能回收功能的混合動力液壓挖掘機整機控制策略以及能量回收控制方法,。理論分析和仿真結(jié)果表明,,并聯(lián)式混合動力液壓挖掘機除了能改善發(fā)動機工作狀況提高燃油效率外,,可以通過動臂勢能回收進一步提升系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能效果,并且能量回收系統(tǒng)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,、回收效率高,、回收速度可控、回收能量再利用范圍廣等優(yōu)點,。

    Abstract:

    According to the analysis of the unique working condition in hydraulic excavators, a structure of arm potential energy recovery in parallel hybrid hydraulic excavators was put forward. The force condition of cylinder was analyzed, and the mathematical models of hydraulic components (e.g. cylinder, throttle and hydraulic motor) and electric components (e.g. electric motor and NIMH batteries) were built up. Also, the control strategy of the hybrid excavator, which is equipped with arm potential energy recovery, and the control method of energy recovery were proposed. Theory analysis and simulation results present that, based on the fuel efficiency of the parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator, system's fuel efficiency will be further improved by means of arm potential energy recovery. The energy recovery system has the characteristics of simple structure, higher energy recovery efficiency and controllable recovery speed.
