    摘要:

    現(xiàn)有的液壓挖掘機(jī)功率匹配方法由于負(fù)載工況的劇烈波動(dòng)和不可預(yù)知性,導(dǎo)致動(dòng)力源工作點(diǎn)很大部分分布于高油耗區(qū)域,,動(dòng)力源本身效率無(wú)法得到提高,,從而影響了整機(jī)效率,。為此,,提出了一種基于混合動(dòng)力技術(shù)的液壓挖掘機(jī)全局功率匹配與動(dòng)力源優(yōu)化的綜合控制策略,。該策略以傳統(tǒng)功率匹配方法為基礎(chǔ),,結(jié)合混合動(dòng)力的特點(diǎn),,在實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力源,、液壓泵和負(fù)載三者功率匹配的同時(shí),,優(yōu)化動(dòng)力源的工作點(diǎn),提高整機(jī)的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性,。試驗(yàn)表明采用該策略的液壓挖掘機(jī)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)全局功率匹配,,同時(shí)減小了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng),,使其工作在高燃油效率區(qū)域,提高了整機(jī)的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性,。

    Abstract:

    Because of the sharp fluctuation of the load condition, the working points of the engine are mostly distributed in the high fuel consumption area. This causes low fuel economy of the power source and is the main reason of high power losses in conventional hydraulic excavators. In order to solve this problem, a new control strategy based on hybrid technology was presented. Its target was to achieve power matching and optimize the working condition of the power sources simultaneously. Experimental results show that the control strategy can realize the target. It reduce the speed fluctuation and optimize the working points of the engine. Meanwhile, it achieves higher fuel economy than conventional methods.
