    摘要:

    對(duì)功率強(qiáng)化前后的柴油機(jī)分別進(jìn)行了性能仿真計(jì)算,,進(jìn)而確定了缸蓋溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算的邊界條件,;利用有限元軟件對(duì)氣缸蓋進(jìn)行三維穩(wěn)態(tài)熱分析,,并考慮了冷卻水沸騰換熱的影響,;在該柴油機(jī)的單缸試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)測(cè)量試驗(yàn),,分析了試驗(yàn)和計(jì)算結(jié)果;得到了火力面邊界條件的設(shè)置規(guī)律,、穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)隨工況的變化關(guān)系和單缸機(jī)與多缸機(jī)的穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)差別,。

    Abstract:

    Performance simulations of one diesel engine were conducted before and after power enhancement respectively, so the boundary conditions of temperature field simulation were obtained, then 3-D steady state thermal analysis of the cylinder head was conducted with FEA software. The effect on heat transfer between boiling water and cylinder head were taken into account. And the experiment of measuring cylinder head's steady state temperature was made on a one-cylinder diesel engine, the results of simulation and experiment were compared. The rule of setting fire-deck's boundary condition, the relation between steady state temperature and the duty, the difference of temperature field between one-cylinder engine and multi-cylinder engine were obtained respectively.
