    摘要:

    在分析CMAC神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了利用自適應(yīng)CMAC神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)淀粉生產(chǎn)線中乳液的液位,。通過(guò)對(duì)淀粉生產(chǎn)線中某一液位回路進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,，然后對(duì)常規(guī)PID和自適應(yīng)CMAC神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩種控制器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與仿真,。仿真結(jié)果表明,，自適應(yīng)CMAC神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在控制效果上明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)PID,，并且具有很高的魯棒性,。在Matlab實(shí)時(shí)開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境xPC Target下建立了液位實(shí)時(shí)控制系統(tǒng),，采用快速原型控制方式,，具有系統(tǒng)組建方便,、成本低、開(kāi)發(fā)周期短等特點(diǎn),，該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)精確的過(guò)程控制,。

    Abstract:

    Self-adaptive CMAC NN was used to adjust the liquid-level of the starch production-line after analyzing and comparing the principle of tradition PID and self-adaptive CMAC NN and a mathematical model about one of liquid-level loop of starch production-line was built, then, a controller was designed and simulated. The simulation results showed that self-adaptive CMAC NN is better than tradition PID on the respect of control effect and its robustness is higher than tradition PID. Real-time level process control system was devised on the basis of xPC Target software environment of Matlab. The rapid prototyping control system could be done easily and the investment is cheap. The period of development could be shortened. This system could realize the accuracy process control. 
