    以猴頭菌為研究對象,通過改變磁場強度和作用時間,研究交變磁場對猴頭菌生長效應的影響。試驗結果表明:磁場對猴頭菌胞外多糖的作用相對菌絲的作用有滯后性,,在磁場強度為1.06A/m, 作用時間為12h時,磁場對猴頭菌菌絲的生長促進作用最強,,猴頭菌的菌質(zhì)干質(zhì)量增長率達140.1%,;作用時間為24h時,,猴頭菌胞外多糖質(zhì)量濃度增長率達100.8%,;作用時間為48h時,,磁場對猴頭菌胞外多糖的生長促進作用最強,猴頭菌胞外多糖質(zhì)量濃度增長率達271.7%,。在作用時間為24h時,,磁場對猴頭菌胞外多糖的生長促進作用最強的磁場強度為0.8A/m,猴頭菌胞外多糖質(zhì)量濃度增長率達

    Abstract:

    187.5%,。The stimulation of alternating magnetic field on Lions mane hericium was studied by using a self-designed generator with adjustable magnetic field intensity and time. The results showed that the effects of the magnetic field on the growth of Lions mane hericium’s hypha have the sluggish functioning of the produce of polysaccharide outside the cell. When the intensity of the magnetic field is 1.06A/m, time is 12h, the dry weight of the Lions mane hericium increased 140.1%. The concentration of the Lions mane hericium’s polysaccharide increased 271.7% when the intensity of the magnetic field is 1.06A/m, time is 24h. The concentration of the Lions mane hericium’s polysaccharide increased 271.7% when the intensity of the magnetic field is 1.06A/m, time is 48h, which is the strongest stimulation of the Lions mane hericium’s polysaccharide.
