    摘要:

    苜蓿草在壓縮過程中的徑向力對壓縮功耗,、壓縮后的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以及壓縮設(shè)備的研制等均有很大影響,。為得出苜蓿草在壓縮過程中徑向力的變化規(guī)律,,采用電測技術(shù),,選擇初始密度和壓縮速度為試驗因素,,對苜蓿草徑向力進行測試研究,,獲得了壓縮密度,、初始密度和壓縮速度對苜蓿草徑向壓縮力的影響規(guī)律,,并給出了軸向壓縮力與徑向壓縮力的線性關(guān)系曲線,。結(jié)果表明,,壓縮密度小于50kg/m時,壓縮速度和初始密度對徑向壓縮力影響較??;壓縮密度大于50kg/m時,試驗因素對徑向壓縮力影響較大,。對于同一壓縮密度,,徑向壓縮力隨初始密度的增大而增大,,隨壓縮速度的增大而減小。

    Abstract:

    The radial compression force situations of alfalfa have great effect to the energy for compressing process, the manufacture of compressing equipments and the quality of alfalfa products. In order to find out the radial force situations, they were measured by using electric measurement technology under different initial densities and different compressing velocities. The rules of compressing density, initial density and compressing velocity influence on the radial compressing force were found out. At the same time, the alfalfa was relatively easy to curve under axial compressing force and radial compressing force. It is found that these factors are the essentials in the design and application of compressing equipments.
